Woohoo on the shortbread. I'm going to use my new shortbread pan to make dog treats. So fun. Meanwhile, it's been like spring here all weekend. Last night rain, but we love the sound of rain. So fun.

Of course your Florida visit is soon ~ did you say February, if memory serves correctly?
Well it is the shortest day today and in my book things MUST get better . . . I love longer days and shorter nights . . warmth and not cold . . . :)
Hi Eddie....
DeleteLove sunsets....
Yes....February in Florida....this time 5 weeks....can't wait!
Longer days is the goal....starting tomorrow!
Warmth for sure......
Looks like fun!

You won't catch me on them!!!! . . . . . . rofl
DeleteThank goodness for that!
DeleteGorgeous sunsets. Wish I lived as close to water as you do. Well I do, but we can't access it. I do see it from my rooftop though. I've always lived in cities that are on water. Can't imagine not. Your pics are beautiful. Christmas Market is almost over - thank God.

Merry Christmas my friend.....♥️
Linda, you live in a corner of heaven.
ReplyDeleteHow sweet of you Wanda....♥️
DeleteAmazing that it's almost time for Florida again. How has the year gone by so quickly?
ReplyDeleteSummer always goes quickly....
DeleteIt is the darn Winter that drags along.....
Lovely beach scenes ... I'm sure you are counting down to Florida sunshine ... dreary and rainy here for the next few days ... thank goodness for inner family sunshine over the holidays
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time with your family over the holidays.
Some Blogger sites are still giving me grief over using Wordpress for commenting :( Using the old Blogger profile once again
... and once again it goes through without word verification, yet 3 tries with Wordpress and it just keeps giving me the same screen to publish, publish, publish
DeleteNot sure what the glitch is, Linda...
DeleteMerry Christmas to you and yours....
"On the first day of winter," sweet Linda gave to me....oh-my-goodness! Inviting sand, sea and sunset... I wanna be there(smile).
ReplyDeleteTomorrow - flowers? Great - see you then!
:))
Will try my best....
DeleteFlip flops on the Solstice? Yay!
ReplyDeleteWhat could be better.........I think Nothing!
DeleteYes, I'll take the beach, please! Best place ever!
ReplyDeleteAmen to that Devon.......
DeleteI always wanted to take a walk near the ocean at Ireland or Wales in winter :) I'm guessing your lakes would do the job as well :)
ReplyDeleteNot quite as spectacular Dez...the Ocean is a big deal!!
DeleteWhat a wonderful way to celebrate the shortest day! xx
ReplyDeleteNothing like a day at the beach, Amy!!
