Bits & Bobs From My Week......

We are just leaving for the cottage...
Hopefully no limbs down!!
Weren't those winds crazy?
Much calmer today...and plenty of sunshine!!
Hopefully get some outdoor chores done!!
And some beach deck time!!

    Oh my. Look at that dear little face at the end of your post. How she's grown since that photo! We are having crazy wind here today. It even blew over one of the wood Adirondack chairs on the deck and slid it across to the other side! The storm was wet and wild but no damage or bad flooding. We have some treats ready in case we get some visitors. We usually end up having lots of leftovers. Have a nice weekend at the cottage and I hope all is well there. Hugs. Pam

      We had that ridiculous wind.....today was crazy windy at the cottage....home now!

    Enjoy the weekend. We don't get trick or treaters at home but go to daughter's house so they can take the kids out and we give out the candy. Darker evenings starting Sunday, yuck but them mornings will be a bit better.

    Lovely photos catching all kinds of beauty and fun.
    Oh - look at Miss V as a skeleton - too darn cute.
    I'm in a condo so no door-to-door treating, but they have a party for the children up in our party room.

    Halloween is not my favorite holiday but we will get a few wee ones at the door and they always bring a smile. LOVED Ms. V's costume. Can't wait to see her selection this year! Enjoy your weekend. A little wet & wild in Northern Michigan but in the 60's with sunshine next week ... go figure!! Linda

    Wonderful photos ! No leaves left on our trees now after all that wind . It's chilly out this evening . No trick or treaters here the area is older folk and Mennonites . Thanks for sharing , Have a good weekend and a Happy Halloween !

      Our trees still had plenty of leaves! But...lots on the ground! Boyfriend mulched them!

    Oh MIss V you have changed so much..from a little Boo..to a girl w/ so much personality;)

    The winds were phenomenal..we are used to them but this is the first time in a long time..that Jacques has blown leaves for days..to awaken to as many on the ground the next day..to NONE the next because of the last winds!

    I remember the first Halloweens of my own and my Littles:)

    Looks like some beautiful color at the last last weekend!

    We're passing out candy to the trick or treaters right now! Nice night for it!

    Not looking forward to the time change...dark mornings...dark early..makes you feel so sleepy at dinner time!

    Loved the Miss V skeleton BOO at the end . . . So cute!
    (The winds have quieted here . . . Very dark miserable rainy Halloween day and Eve! Today, Sunday is sunny . . . And many, many, MANY oak leaves await our rakes, tarps and blowers! Oh my . . .)
