Last Night At Dinner....

Just as we were sitting down to dinner last night...
My boyfriend pointed out the sunset and sky to me...
As our kitchen faces West...we always get a lot of sunshine in the afternoon...
And...any colour that shows up from the Sunset...
This was particularily fantastic...
As...the clouds had already rolled in for the showers expected...
But...then...the beautiful clearing...to accompany us at dinner time...

 Which I might add...was delicious!!

Baked Haddock...tender inside...crispy outside...

And the Tomato and Avacado salad was especially good!!

As were my brussels...love these!!

I am sure the beautiful skyline added to the deliciousness of the food...:o)

And...having this wee happy face on the table, didn't hurt either!!

Hope you are all having a great day...

Kinda dull here...had rained overnight...lots of cloud cover...still breezy...

One good thing...it is still quite warm...as I did not get my geraniums in yet!!

I know..I know...lazy lazy lazzzzeeee!!

Our Blue Jays won 10-4 last night!!!! On the same night Canada voted in a new Liberal majority government...we shall see how this all plays out...

Game on again tonight...fingers crossed!!

Tonight will be breakfast for dinner...ham,scrambled eggs and home fries!

I am working on a few crochet projects...anybody else???

Wish I could come up with a few new things to make...

Oh well...I really just enjoy the rhythm of crochet...very peaceful...

Enjoy the rest of your day...

                   Cheers!  :o)

  8. What a beautiful, pearly sky, and well-captured too. Your dinner looks yum - my Mum used to served haddock on Fridays, and I always enjoyed it. Must try an avocado/tomato salad this weekend!
