What did we do to totally pi$$ you off??
The storm has actually gotten worse...
The winds are kicking up...and snow blowing sideways!
GEESH!!!
Hope the weather is better where you are...
Cheers! :o)

Mornin' Linda - the snow either hasn't reached us yet or went past us. We have had steady rain all night with huge winds. Big change, for sure. I'm in today and making pie crust for the Easter dessert. And cleaning....always cleaning. Hope your weather changes soon. We need nice weather for the weekend. Good Friday always seems to be rainy, though.
ReplyDeleteLucky you!
DeleteIsn't cleaning a pain in the a$$...neverending!
Friday looks ok...the rest of the weekend sucks!
I'm laughing because I was thinking the very same thing!!! What did we do!!!! The Cardinals are lovely, we rarely see them this far North, what a sight to behold,
ReplyDeleteThey are lovely...
Deleteback to the blowing snow again!
I hear you lol ! The snow here is very wet and already beginning to melt as the ground is so warm now ! I was out taking photos to lol Lovely photos by the way ! Come summer we will be complaining it is to hot lol ! The robins have a look of despair today with this snow as well lol ! Thanks for sharing . Have a good day !
ReplyDeleteWe have about 6 Robins hanging around here...chasing each other around!
DeletePerhaps some nest building soon!
I think our rain is starting to turn a little icy here too. Forecast is for a bit of snow but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Your cardinal looks like he is complaining to the little metal bird :) But your tulip header gives us hope.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the day what ever it brings.
Hi Zaza...Icy rain is not good!
DeleteSounds like the same storm that hit southeastern Michigan. I've escaped to California!
ReplyDeleteHi Mae....Welcome!
DeleteI shall pop over and visit you!
Great photos
ReplyDeleteThe snow there looks lovely but I'd rather have the warm sunny weather - we are just starting to get it - so I am about to cut the back lawn and do some tidying up in the garden.
It is NOT lovely Eddie....we are darn sick of it!!!
DeleteGlad you are outside enjoying some nicer weather!
Oh, Linda! Beautiful photos but I bet you can't stand even one more flake.
ReplyDeleteNot even a 1/2 a flake, Birdie........
DeleteOh now that is just too annoying ! We are just having high winds and rain. Which gives me a good excuse to stay inside and bake or do something cozy .. the kitten is napping .. I might try that too !
ReplyDeleteIt will soon be spring and then summer and snow will be a dim memory. like all my memories lol
besos
Take a nap.....that sounds delightful,Candice♥️
DeleteBaking sounds delicious...I have a big pan of fried rice going.....Miss V loves it!
I was thinking about you this morning when I went on fb and saw the Patty and Abe in Ohio had a new storm...wondering if you got it too. Yep..Mother Nature is getting it our of her system, I guess.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are certainly beautiful, and thinking you should make a "bird calendar" like Betsy's "cat calendar". Sending WARM hugs and BIG smiles.
Thanks for the compliment Wanda...I am no match for Betsy! Don't know where she finds the time to do everything!
DeleteHey Linda - your hippy dippy weather girl here...snow is now swirling around outside our window just 40 minutes west of Ottawa. Ice pellets just finished up in time to make driving a mess. The wind is insane and I'm inside for the day. Our indoor/outdoor cat just came in after a pee in the snow and wants me to put her photo up on Pet-finder for all the California cat-lovers to have a look-see at adopting her. Actually, if they would like to adopt her owner that is fine, too.
ReplyDeleteHa! I knew it would blow your way!!
DeleteYour cat stories always crack me up, Deb! You have such a great sense of humour♥️
Oh my goodness more snow! We haven't had so much as 1 flake this winter so I doubt we'll have any now (although I do remember one snowy Easter when the builder insisted it was fine for a cricket match!)
ReplyDeleteStay warm and safe Linda :-)
SIgh.....we are a hearty bunch....no?
DeleteI'm right behind you Linda. Even I think it is high time Mother Nature give us a break already. I have Oriental Poppies a couple of inches high and buds on my weeping cherry. If they get frost bite, Mother Nature just may be hearing my wrath!!!
ReplyDeleteAt least the birds in your yard look like they are fairing well, (great shots btw:) we had a few robins "dancing" yesterday but all is quiet outside awaiting the snow:( I covered the poppies with blankets. Fingers crossed...
Hope your Poppies are safe...I only have tulips, daffodils and day lilies...which will be fine!
DeleteThe wind is still gusty...WTH!!
Yep. Same here. Still snowing even now into the late afternoon.
ReplyDeleteWe had the air on this weekend and the heat on today.
Crazy Spring, eh Ivy??
DeleteLet's hope Mr Summer is kinder to us......
Oh dear! At least it is a sprinkle not a blizzard! I hope that you are snow free again for Easter. xx
ReplyDeleteYup...we should be....gonna by 10*c on Friday...but rain all weekend......boo!
DeleteNooooooooo!!!!! xx
ReplyDeleteYesssssss!!!
DeleteSeriously?? I hope it doesn't come here! We have rain, and I can deal with that. NO SNOW!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are right!
DeleteI thought it went off along north shores of Lake Ontario....
Lucky you if you escaped it!
Rain, freezing rain and then snow...obviously Mother Nature has a 'different' sense of humour.
ReplyDeleteJane x
Yes Jane....or NO sense of humour!
DeleteYou got way more snow than we did. It was pouring when we woke up and did change over to ice pellets and wet snow by mid morning but none of the snow accumulated. Love the vivid red of the cardinal.
ReplyDeleteI was just over at yours!
DeleteYou have answered my question.......hahaha!
Snow????? Say you staged that picture with fake snow at your show. No? Yikes!
ReplyDeleteNo Blue.....sadly this is the real snow at my show!
DeleteYIKES indeed!
Oh that's just nasty but it does look pretty and Mr. Cardinal looks rather handsome having a snack at the feeder too. Thankfully it will be gone quickly. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe Cardinal can brighten up any day, eh Pam?
DeleteYeah, heard you guys got a big ol' blast of winter again! That sux.
ReplyDeleteIt sure does!
DeleteYour snow is beautiful! I haven't downloaded my photos yet. ;)
ReplyDeleteGonna be cold tomorrow....guess it will hang around for a couple of days.....**sigh**
DeleteDon't know what it looks like outside now, but this morning we had a cold rain that turned to wet snow. I'm hoping this is the last of it. I didn't bother to take any pictures.
ReplyDelete:0)
We still have snow....cold for a few days...then warmer on Friday....
DeleteI took these while eating breakfast.....
Ugh...snow! I am sorry!!
ReplyDeletexo Kris
It's ok...sunny today!
DeleteSorry. I hope it ended soon. I remember when we lived on the NY side of the lake, we had snow on May 18 one year. It was exactly a week before our wedding and I was scared.
ReplyDeleteIt was a crappy day...but today the sun is shining..and temps are supposed to rise for the weekend...
DeleteMay weddings are beautiful!
