Glad to hear that you are feeling better now, take it easy this week!! Love the tulip pictures, especially the yellow ones with the frilly orange edges, they are stunning!! Here's hoping for lots of tulips for you this year too as I love your tulip pics!! xx
ReplyDeleteMe too Amy....a few more weeks, and I know everything will be bloomin' beautiful!
DeleteTulip beauties, mine are a few cm out of the ground, glad you are both feeling better. It was nice and sunny today ... did some sweeping of the front patio and driveway. One garden is still buried under snow but that should change this week with warmer temperatures coming.
ReplyDeleteIt was a great day!
DeleteDid more backyard clean up....still have some ice and snow at the front!
Enjoy your week.....
Thanks for the tulips, Linda. I'll take the yellow and orange ones, please. I have one outside where the squirrel planted it right under my dining-room window. It's half way up and looks ridiculous. The sun is shining it's head off today. We so needed that after a few dull, gloomy days. Your flower photos are always so pretty. Have a great evening. Deb
ReplyDeleteOh...I forgot to say "Glad you are feeling better today."
ReplyDeleteThey are pretty aren't they Deb.....hope I see them again this year!
DeleteThose darn squirrels! Hahaha!
Thanks for the well wishes♥️
Good news your and your boyfriend are feeling better. The tulips are so vibrant. What special colors.
ReplyDeleteI think your idea of rest is the best...feet up and a fire...
Sending Sunday smiles and hugs
Yes...thanks Wanda!
DeleteCan't wait to have our first fire at the lake for this year!
I will take pictures......FOR SURE!
oh wow, lovely lovely, glad you're feeling better,
ReplyDeleteHow are you doing?
DeleteI think a fire pit on the back porch would be perfect. Maybe I'll put "Acquire outdoor fire pit" on my summer to do list. :0)
ReplyDeleteOne of THE best things we EVER bought♥️
DeleteSo is the snow gone at your cottage now?
ReplyDeleteHave not been for a week...I sure hope so! Let's get this party started!
DeleteBeautiful tulips. Is that first one a tulip? It's so different. I love having a fire too, we use our little firepit all the time when it's warm out.
ReplyDeleteYes....a bit of a mutant! Thought he deserved a spot on the post!
DeleteSnowed here this weekend, but only a wee bit. Great sunny bright day today. Wishing you a fun and healthy week. Cheers and boogie boogie.
ReplyDeleteOh gee....sorry about that!
DeleteBoogie boogie!
So glad you're feeling better! Pretty photos, even if they are old! ha.
ReplyDeleteHooray for feeling better! Sunnier days ahead! Hope your flowers are blooming soon! And the lake is calling your name!

I guess I'm behind by a post. :) You have a nice variety of tulips in your gardens. I actually just found the crocus with some blooms about to burst open. They were under the snow 2 days ago so the sun is slowly melting around them.
ReplyDeleteLove crocus!
Deletetulips are my fave flower, especially the white ones, when they're closed and so lovely.
ReplyDeleteWe currently have lilacs blooming here in Europe, just put some in my vase :) And lilies of the valley too! Next ones to bloom in a month or so are irises.
Our Lilacs come a wee bit later...into June...as well as the Lilies of the valley
DeleteI am so far behind with reading blogs. Sorry to hear you have been unwell but glad you are feeling better. :-)
ReplyDelete♥️
DeleteWhat beautiful tulips! I just love tulips. Too bad their blooming season is so short. Glad you are feeling better.
