At Long Last....

I had mentioned previously, that I was in the market for a new sewing machine.

Well...her she is!

Got her all set up, in the "ironing room"...which is excellent, as it is always a good thing to be ironing whatever it is that you are working on. For me....anyway.

I had an old cabinet in the basement backroom, still with the old sewing machine in it....that hasn't worked for about...oh...I'd say...20 years!!!  It became a "shelf" to stack things on...So I cleaned her up, and brought her up into the light!

I had the old Oak chair already, so it fit perfectly.

I found a basket from my basement stash...

To store a few of the sewing essentials...

 Bought a Raggedy-Ann pattern...

Mine was long gone...

I made my girls a couple each...

In my younger days!!

Picked up a few new supplies...

Thread....

Elastic...

And some new scissors....

I have a project in mind....hopefully will get to it ASAP.....not gonna tell right now...

I am sure there will be a LOT of speculation....but I will tell soon enough...

                                               TO BE CONTINUED.................     :o)

Enjoy these ferns at the cottage.....ahhhhhhhhh....  :o)
