Snow Day With Miss V.....♥️

After going grocery shopping with me...

Miss V wanted to try out her new shovel!

Worked like a charm...

She helped Papa clear the driveway...

And..of course...her favorite bike made an appearance♥️

Much harder to "drive" in the snow!

We had a ball!

Time to head in for lunch...

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches with slices of apple...

Then off for a nice long nap...hahaha!

                                        *************************

Hope you all had a great day....

Still cold and blustery here....on and off sunshine and flurries...

I have a big pot of chicken soup on the stove...ready for the weekend!

Off for a drive to the cottage tomorrow...

Should be interesting to see what is going on out there...snow-wise!

Having creamy chicken pot pie and crispy spinach salad for dinner...

Then a bath for Miss V...a wee bit of her favorite show...

And then off to dreamland....YES!... a sleepover...♥️

Last night...it took my daughter and SIL nearly 4 hours to get home!!!

Very frightening evening on the roads here!

What were you up to today???

Enjoy your evening...

Cheers!  :o)

  13. Look at that rosy cheeked and nose cuteness! So much fun for you. It's cold (-2), windy, sun and cloud mix and snow squalls here. Planning on going out on a date for dinner this evening and winter coat shopping. I kind of dread leaving the house. Brr.

  16. Glad you enjoyed your visit to the cottage yesterday. I did my usual long drive to my daughter's with home cooked dinner yesterday. Even though these grandkids are adolescents, I think they still appreciate Grandma's home made cookies! Enjoyed the photos of Miss V., such a cutie pie. Have a lovely weekend, we have a Farewell to the Former Mayor this evening. Take care...
